What’s one simple thing you do each day to practice gratitude, even on boring days?

Reflect and write at least 1 positive thing that happened during the day. Even though the day was boring or completely bad, there must be at least something good.

When I wake up I look at my cats, the light in the window, how cozy my body feels and relax and melt. Me or my bf make coffee and then chill in bed till it’s time to get up. I think of all that I have and feel blessed. Easier said than done. Today I felt so crappy and I couldn’t feel that way at all.
