How much time do you set aside to be able to Eat a Great Breakfast, and do you prepare any of it in advance, or do you use shortcuts like instant oatmeal and pre-made boiled eggs?

I go for easy 2+ ingredient made food to eat like ( tosti’s with cheese or Yoghurt with fruit granula, honey and chia seeds or smoothies. It takes me between 5-20 min to prep it depends on the meal ofc.

It depends on my energy level that day. If it’s low I’ll go for oatmeal,if it’s medium I’ll boil some eggs and toast if it’s high I’ll make avocado toast with poached eggs.
