How do you fix your sleep when you share a room with a noisy night owl?

The best to way is compromisation or to make a healthy boundary.You hafta communicate openly to your roommate and share your consent as politely as possible and in order to make some healthy boundary.

Try a white noise machine to drown out the noise or use earplugs. Earbuds may also work if they have noise canceling or you play soft music or white noise/rain sounds

I disonnect the digital devices one hour before atleast. Make the room dark and cool. Apply warm oil on my foot and deep breate for 3-4 minutes

That is definitely hard to do, I used to be that noisy night owl. I suggest trying to communicate with them to be else where around the time you go to sleep.

I would talk with the person I share the room with and talk about some boundaries and respect regarding one another’s routine and schedule. Some quick solutions are ear plugs, eye masks . More long term or permanent solutions could be that conversation about each other space. There are medications that help with sleep. You can move out if the person is not respectful or there’s a lack of boundaries
