What do you suggest for a protein-rich breakfast?

It should include
A boiled egg 🥚 it’s better than fried one and is full source of protein.
A glass of milk, that’s healthy in all aspects and contains proteins in a balanced amount.
You can also consider having some slices of bread, I personally prefer whole grain bread with a richer amount of protein. Bread will also provide you energy as it contains carbs
This is a light and healthy breakfast rich in protein and can be easily prepared.
