What are your favorite easy prep breakfasts that the kids love too?

Maple and brown sugar oatmeal. Depends what the kids prefer. For waffles, get the Kodiak cakes. It adds some protein and blueberries. Daily vitamins work. Get the ones you can chew up for kids. You can get cereal but a lot of the cereal includes more sugar and fat which isn’t recommended for a single day. Kids are growing so just make sure they play more if they get extra hungry and you feed them. Teach them a good sport, a type of game or riding a bike if they are a little older.
