I started getting up with a better mood, i placed my alarm far from my bed and started drinking a glass of water every morning, instead of walking slowly to the kitchen and drink coffee while drowning my sorrows in eating cookies. This helped me feeling a lot more energized and active!
I used to spend a lot of time playing video games. But I've replaced with reading books recently. Cause at least reading books can give me some knowledge . Also, I used to dring a lots of coca cola which I replaced with water.
