whenever you want! I aim for 1:30-2 hrs after I wake up to give my body time to wake up and prepare. and I really don’t like strenuous exercise before I eat. but if I wake up late, then my breakfast may be lunch
It's very important to listen to your body, so I would say go eat your breakfast when you're hungry. Before school or work would be best, because after giving your body the fuel it needs, it's much easier to focus on the assignments and do your best.
