I usually make shakes in the morning. I mix herbalife shakes with some fruits(banana, blueberries etc) and sometimes muesli. It makes you fuller for longer and it’s healthy too.

Sometimes smoothies can be a good, healthy quick option. I use protein (typically plant based) with a fruit and or seed. Bananas and chocolate protein are my go to!

I eat apples and bananas with peanut butter. I also eat cottage cheese with fruit, but if you don’t like cottage cheese then that’s not for you!!! Trail mix with dried fruit in it is also really easy. If you want something really yummy, there are easy banana/peanut butter smoothie ideas online with very little prep. Hope you find something you enjoy!

A hand full of nuts is a great healthy way to kick of your day. Also a great thing is eating a small bowl of fruits. I hope this all helps.

Fortified waffles or pancakes with nutritional yeast, oat bran etc. French toast with eggs & wheat germ, molasses instead of syrup, and fruit. Scrambled tofu. Before I became vegan, an omelette with lots of vegies, on a bed of steamed kale, topped with salsa.

I usually make eggs with spinach but I also like a mixture of things. I do smoothie bowls where I add spinach, chia seeds and turmeric for more flavor and benefits. I also like yogurt with granola and some fruit. Or I’ll make eggs and add it into a wrap for a little mix up.
