I eat apples and bananas with peanut butter. I also eat cottage cheese with fruit, but if you don’t like cottage cheese then that’s not for you!!! Trail mix with dried fruit in it is also really easy. If you want something really yummy, there are easy banana/peanut butter smoothie ideas online with very little prep. Hope you find something you enjoy!

Cooking sausage is also a fairly easy addition. That’s packed in protein. You could also take eggs to the next level by adding spinach and turkey

Yogurt (or vegan soya yogurt) with banana and oatmeal or low-sugar muesli; whole-wheat sandwich with banana slices and peanut butter or almond butter; a cup of fresh fruit with yogurt and pumpkin seeds or nuts. You can also add a sprinkle of flaxseeds and sunflower seeds to any breakfast to add healthy omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and vitamin E. If you like it sweeter just a drizzle of tasty honey of your choice goes a long way.

Another great idea could be to eat leftovers from the day before. If You had a salad for dinner and are not planning on eating it for lunch, dinner etc. Then eat it for breakfast instead.

Anything you can prepare ahead of time. Don't get stuck on the trap of "that isn't breakfast food" either. Anything is breakfast food if you're eating it for breakfast. Pre-cook some boneless, skinless chicken and eat it with some fruit and vegetables.
