Yogurt (or vegan soya yogurt) with banana and oatmeal or low-sugar muesli; whole-wheat sandwich with banana slices and peanut butter or almond butter; a cup of fresh fruit with yogurt and pumpkin seeds or nuts. You can also add a sprinkle of flaxseeds and sunflower seeds to any breakfast to add healthy omega 3 and 6 fatty acids and vitamin E. If you like it sweeter just a drizzle of tasty honey of your choice goes a long way.

Trail mix with dried fruit in it is also really easy. If you want something really yummy, there are easy banana/peanut butter smoothie ideas online with very little prep. Hope you find something you enjoy!
