uh i have to do the dishes everyday which take me about 20 minutes then i have to sweep which takes 15 minutes. depends on the mess idk🧍🏻♀️
I clean up in 20mins, and sports you must do it 45mins a day at the end do some yoga posture so your muscle will be more relax and you will be pain free.
