How to get used to studying
To get used to studying, start by creating a consistent schedule that incorporates short, focused study sessions. Use techniques like the Pomodoro Technique to break your study time into manageable chunks, followed by short breaks. Establish a dedicated study space that is free from distractions, and set clear, achievable goals for each session. Gradually increase the duration of your study periods as you build your stamina. Remember, developing a study habit takes time, so be patient and stay committed to your routine.
For me multitasking made it a lot easier as long as you’re not juggling too hard tasks, for example; I rewatch a lot of shows meaning I don’t have to pay that much attention to them when I watch them so I’m able to study while still doing what I’m used to. Other examples could include; while exercising (gym or at home), while having a meal, on the ride/walk home from school/any other outing.
