I try to be honest with myself first. If I do it, it's easy to share with someone your thoughts and feelings. But if you can't do it now, can't accept something, it's better to keep silent and keep srruggling with your barriers to accept, share and help yourself and others as well 🙂
i try to. granted, it's tempting to just say that i did something when i didn't but that sort of defeats the whole purpose. i end up making into a game, and it's good practice in being kind to myself when I don't make one of my habits.
