I do the same in my Evening Routine and I add a little thing to my Afternoon Routine. It is very grateful and easy for me : I capture a thing that I am grateful for each day. In my gallery, I created an album called “Tale of Gratitude” and I add each day the photo that I captured. You can do this to practice gratefulness every day. You should try this habit !

I try to communicate gratitude to people as it comes up. And for right now, as a practice just to get started with internal gratitude. I’m trying to just turn my thoughts towards gratitude in the evening before bed. And sometimes i pull up my notes and jot things down.

I practice gratefulness as often as possible each day. I have learned to find joy and beauty in even the smallest of things, and due to all the amazing tools and habits I’ve been building with the Fabulous app! Each time I encounter a moment of joy or beauty, or something brings a smile to my face, I pause,and give thanks, for the abundance of blessings around me. This Fabulous path has turned my life around in so many ways. I’m very much still a work in progress, however I’m doing better than I ever have, both emotionally and physically. A very small, but evidence of the wonders of the Fabulous path, since I started developing better habits and exercising regularly, I’ve lost over 60 lbs. I am loving the changes I’m seeing in myself that are Occurying because I’m on this Fabulous journey!
