What kind of book I can read to relax my mind?

Spiritual books help quiet the mind as you reflect on your day. They create space for a sweet communion with the Holy Spirit and often bring a deep sense of peace and reassurance.

Inspirational books are also helpful because they allow you to learn new things and see different perspectives. As you read, your mind can easily become absorbed in the ideas and stories, which can help shift your focus away from worries and reduce feelings of anxiety.

That depends on what you like, personally a good classic book puts me to sleep like little women or Frankestien, I also like reading fun murder mysteries to bed like Death in the Budapest library, I don’t recommend super violent or dark books like Lord of the Flies or Girl in pieces because something heavy like that makes it hard to sleep, even simple books from your childhood like goosebumps or Matilda give you a warm feeling of comfort, and puts you right to sleep, I usually read Matilda and that puts me right to sleep, it doesn’t have to be a long chapter book, or something complex, just something you enjoy.
