The fact that you’re asking the question tells me that you don’t think so. And really, the point of a journal is so personal, it’s only for you! So either you want to do it and you’re just struggling to make it part of your routine, or you *think* you should want to journal and really don’t, so you’re justifying why you aren’t. But it’s only for you. So if being alone with your thoughts at a quiet time in your day feels like enough, then it is.
