Sitting outside watching the bees in the lavender and listening to the birds. I very often switch my phone on to do not disturb, only certain people can then call me. I sit and I am present I try not to think about anything, just switch off and enjoy some mindfulness alone in the garden just the bumblebees, the birds and me. 🐦🐝🦋🐞🏵️🌺☕
