Usually when I read I slow down and switch off my mind and that's why I love reading. Before learning I think it's not practical but if you read after learning or working, then you have a motivation that you have to learn or work.

If I read I read more than 30 minutes, because I can't get enough from the books. The feeling is the best
You are not in the reality , you feel like you're there, you're watching everthing that happens, you can feel what the person in the book is feeling. It is amazing.
