Do you prefer to do a mix of various, short workouts OR do a longer session focusing on one or two workouts?

I prefer longer sessions focusing one or two workouts. I think it’s better for me because I can focus more on specific areas that I’m working on while dedicating a specific time during a day.

I prefer to do a mix of various, short workouts for variety and consistency. I can benefit from making a habit of doing something in a regular basis. There’s also the advantage of different activities to vary my benefits on for my physical and mental health.
