Yes. It ensures tidier space and avoids piling up tasks around the room/house. I preferred to iron my clothes and hang them instead of fold, for it reduces the duration of future preparations.

I think an 18 year old could rather stick to 1 or 2 cups of coffee on an average day. Particularly, if the teen is in college and have assignments due in such time, and also exams. Thus caffeine could help to boost individual’s energy to stay up late at night in order to work on it, and also to study for exams.
