What’s your favourite non caffeinated tea for the afternoons? I have bedtime sorted but I feel like I’m constantly experimenting to find something I like that isn’t builders’ tea after midday.

Try some herbal/fruit teas! Melissa is good for calming down, common nettle or chamomile are good too. They are not technically tea, as they are herbal infusions, so no caffeine/theine to be found!
