Block surrounding distractions
Make a list of all the distractions around you, then think about the strategies you can put in place to deal with them. You can use this kind of table with 2 columns:
Distraction - How can I deal with it?
Here's an example:
Distraction: When I work, I put on music, but I end up changing songs every 5 minutes, so I'm not really fully focused on my work.
Deal with it: Instead of listening to music, I'll replace my headphones with earplugs to isolate myself, or I'll just listen to nature sounds like rain or wind that I can find on youtube.
