Remember to Breathe

Hi Fabulous Traveler,

Fasting can be taxing on the body but the REAL challenge is what goes on in your mind. When you’re hungry or stressed, it can be hard to think clearly and make good choices. That’s why today’s challenge is focused on another fundamental part of good health: Your breath. For today, be mindful of your breathing and take slow, deep breaths when you find yourself getting frazzled. Deep breathing helps calm your nervous system, which will help you relax. For an extra boost, try one of Fabulous’s guided meditations.

Remember, you don’t have to commit to a whole meditation every time you feel antsy. Just close your eyes and take one slow, deep breath. You can always take more if you need to.
