I have my floss next to my toothpaste. My mouth feels cleaner when I complete my entire routine. One trick is to not be obsessed with doing it perfectly or for a set amount of time. Just try to do it the best you can. Also, much easier with the flossing sticks. There is no \u201cfailure\u201d when it comes to something like this. Sometimes you don\u2019t have enough time to floss or perhaps you\u2019ve had a very long and busy day that those extra minutes mean less rest, which you need. Try and think of not flossing as something positive. You\u2019ve had a very busy day or a very tiring day and you\u2019ve given your all to something else during the day that you don\u2019t have enough time&#x2F;energy to floss. You did good that day. It\u2019s ok to not do a \u201chabit\u201d every day, what\u2019s important is just trying and not necessarily falling out of the habit.  <\/p>\n<p>As for adjusting your schedule, keep a pack of flossers on or near you all day. Some point after a meal or snack take a quick floss break. Keeping the flossers on you at all times will make it much easier to grab those opportunities to floss when present, in turn making it much easier to keep up the habit!<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Alda R P.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Set up a time for floss, like 1min. Once the timer goes off, stop. Do that for a while, ans remember it isnjust one minute. I always floss right before I brush my teeth at night. I like to keep my floss out on the bathroom counter so it&#39;s easy to use and I don&#39;t forget. If you\u2019re using standard thread floss try floss picks instead. They\u2019re easier to handle and might remove a barrier of complication. Also, try leaving the floss out, preferably on top of something you do around the same time, such as your toothbrush. I was checking my floss box in the evening, when I have more time to do it in the morning. Maybe put a flosser in your pocket so you can floss while on the go!
