If you have a little more time you can bake some hearty muffins or try a fancy recipe like strata. (Honestly tastes better than expected, especially with vanilla). The let it sit in the fridge for thirty minutes or over night, and in the morning add some soy yogurt and berries and nuts and seeds if you like. The chia seeds are super nutritious, they contain essential omega 3 fatty acids and lots of protein and fiber (really important for healthy intestines!)<br \/>\nThe almond milk and soy yogurt contain different types of protein and essential amino acids, the berries are full of antioxidants and vitamins and the banana carries lots of potassium. And you can eat it on the go! I used to eat it while waiting for the bus or during school breaks since it\u2019s so easy to take with you.
