I\u2019m not sure but doing it is usually my reward. But if it was a tough task then yes. I will do something that isn\u2019t necessarily what I do often, like go out for lunch or dinner or order in. Or pick up an Adult Coloring Book of Mandela\u2019s and use my favorite Colored Pencils or watch my favorite sitcom. Most often though, Deep Work is something others may not necessarily find pleasurable but for me it feels cathartic.<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"thefa-test2 thefa-entity-placement\" id=\"thefa-2441121670\"><div id=\"thefa-2618917892\"><style>.thefa-test2 {margin-bottom: 24px;}<\/style>\r\n<div class=\"banner-content-position light-viol\">\r\n<div class=\"banner-text max400\">Stop procrastinating.
