Are they not highest priority? Do you procrastinate? Is it difficult to predict how long tasks take to accomplish?  My suggestion is to track your time &amp; see where it goes, and then make adjustments accordingly. One for three top items I prioritize each morning.  The other is an ongoing list of tasks for the month. I check off things when they get done. I do this for home and work. I am not a slave to these todo\u2019s but they help me focus when I need it. In the afternoon at work and before bed I briefly re-evaluate for the next day<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Isaac T.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">You have to be ambitious as well as realistic. You will organize and complete your TODO list with regular practice. At the begging don\u2019t give up if you not achieve all your goal. Persist. You will improve tomorrow. <\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Erdal Z.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">Do the things on your list right away, as soon as you wake up, right when you get home etc. Also make sure the things on your list aren\u2019t things that require a lot of preparation so you can start doing them right away and make the most of your time. I find mapping onto my day when I\u2019ll do what helpful for using time effectively.<br \/>\n2) if a lot is regularly not done are you including too much?
