It might sound boring but you can add so much to make it really tasty. I usually don\u2019t even cook it, just add plant based milk and whatever else I fancy. Some of the things I like to add is; banana, blue berries, strawberries, mixed nuts, grapes, cinnamon, honey and apple. Add some walnuts and some fruit. Literally 1 min to prepare. The low sugar part is really important too. After a while on a low sugar diet (couple months maybe?) you wont crave it anymore and I&#39;m guessing you&#39;ll feel better, have more energy and focus, better sleep, you name it.<\/p>\n<p>Also, TIME magazine once had an article that basically said that all this hype about exotic &#39;superfoods&#39; wasnt really all that it was cracked up to be, i.e. plain old lettuce is fine vs. Kale and so forth. I enjoy scrambling 2 and serving them with fresh avocado on the side. I usually do this after working out. If I\u2019m still a little hungry, before heading out the door I mix 1&#x2F;2 cup of oatmeal with 1 cup of almond milk. Sprinkle a little salt and then microwave it for 2 minutes.
