Sometimes if I&#39;m not hungry right away, I&#39;ll do 7-8 minutes of some blood-pumping physical activity and that usually helps (eg: dancing to some music). Also don&#39;t eat too close to bedtime. Doing these things consistently over time will eventually lead your body to expecting and wanting nourishment in the morning. Experiment with different breakfast options. You might give it a shot. Although I\u2019m not using it as they suggest rather my last meal is at 6 pm. In fact, it\u2019s better that you\u2019re paying attention to your body and your hunger level. You can split your meal into two smaller ones and eat a little until you\u2019re full, and then finish later. You can also decide to practice intermittent fasting and add your \u2018great breakfast\u2019 to your afternoon routine. Do what feels like it is the easiest for you to do on a regular basis. I was more hungry and motivated to eat when i awoke. I also found that if I started with a small breakfast it was easier to get my self to eat. Over time i ate better quality and amounts. Think banana or apple ans peanut butter. A hand full of nuts or granola. A boild egg and cheese. It got me started and still gave me what I needes to power through the morning. If i dont feel particularly hungry i find a healthy breakfast smoothie hits the spot. It has all all the good things you need to start your day with feeling like a huge task or something you have to have all at once. I can drink my smoothie in a calm slow fashion and i find it does a good job of filling me up. Its really easy to find heaps of energy boosting smoothie recipes online. If that isnt your thing yogurt and museli or ganola is also delicious and quick combination! Breakfast does not have to be a big meal-I always felt like I was failing when I didn\u2019t do well with breakfast because I wasn\u2019t hungry. Then I realized that\u2019s ok! Try a cup of yogurt with berries, and I like slivered almonds on there too. Yummy! And a great protein start to the day \ud83d\ude42 I have better luck if I decide on it the night before. Some other go to bites for me<br \/>\n-cocoa dusted almonds<br \/>\n-an egg with toast or an avocado..or both<br \/>\n-dices sweet potato (maybe 1 cup) with an egg on it or a little sausage mixed in<br \/>\nOne thing I\u2019m trying right now is intermittent fasting, which I am loving! There is evidence that it\u2019s good for your longevity and all that; for me it\u2019s about establishing better eating habits. It is very difficult at first as I swallow food whole some times. This worked for me really well. Try by taking a bite and separating it into 2 parts in ur mouth. Chew 10x the. Sot the l<br \/>\nRest in half and chew again 10x each. Even if the food is gone..move ur mouth the full 30x. I just downloaded this new app called Peace With Food that helps you track when you\u2019re hungry and when you\u2019re full.
