After a 5 minute period of doing some gentle stretches, I can start my day feeling so much better. At the beginning, stretching felt tight and a bit painful (a little).  But as I stretch now I feel tightness, but the pain is gone and I can see the increase in movement. <\/p>\n<p>Combine these things with the fact that I know the benefits of stretching are awesome (friends, books and videos), I get even more excited to stretch.
