Also eat eggs and some meat (sausages, bacon, &#8230;) to get your protein and fats. Also add some greens to your breakfast to get all the potassium and fiber you need to start your day right. Drink a cup coffee, tea and loads of water to stay hydrated. Nevertheless,  I&#39;d suggest to skip breakfast and tryout intermittent fasting.
