If I can get the energy to push the play button I&#39;m going to move. It relaxes my body so that I am not as tense to start the day. Any sports is a good idea when I do an hour of sports such as a team sport like badminton I don&#39;t really notice the time pass. They&#39;re quick and super easy but they makes me feel better.
