So a piece of fruit or some yogurt is enough to get you started. <\/p>\n<p>Then around brunch time, if you want something heavier, with more protein, you can pack a hard-boiled egg or some nuts or a small sandwich, etc.<\/p>\n<p> Sometimes I&#39;ll put the ingredients to a smoothie in a blender and leave it in the fridge the night before, then I just have to blend and go in the morning.<\/p>\n<p>My boys like eat right way in the morning so I&#39;ll either leave some oats to soak in 1&#x2F;2 the water called for, with a spoonful of yogurt, sitting on the stove overnight. Then the next morning, I add the other half (I usually use milk in the morning, with a bit of sweetener) and heat. It&#39;s ready to go in minutes.<\/p>\n<p>Or I&#39;ll crumble up a piece of bread or two, in a bowl, put a piece of grass-fed butter on top while I&#39;m coming a soft egg. The egg goes on top. I mix it all with a fork. A half hour later I have an IsaLean Protean Bar, Lemon is my favorite, with coffee.  Or If I\u2019m up for it, I will pour Quaker Oats in a plate without measuring, cover the oats with water, stick it in the microwave for 90 seconds, and mix half a banana or a serving of fresh cut papaya to sweeten it.  I have an Isagenix shake for lunch, or four eggs and veggies and cacti.  And I will have another protein bar as a snack for dinner, which is just protein \u2014salmon, Tilapia or chicken, steamed veggies, and salad with lemon juice.  Before bed, I mix a powder called Greens with Isapro \u2014Isagenix whey protein in a blender.  That becomes my Belly Fat Burner meal and it is awesome.  I\u2019m not saying you have to use Isagenix, there are other products out there that are great as well.  I just happen to love the product and I don\u2019t know how to cook.  Lol.  So believe me. You can take the normal smoothie ingredients, blend until smooth, place in a bowl, add some of your favorite fresh fruit on the side and sprinkle with granola, Voila, BREAKFAST! You can find recipes online. Don&#39;t force it! Think quality over quantity. You could try yogurt, one egg, or a little oatmeal. A small yogurt alone can give you a lot of good nutrients. Just make sure it is not full of sugar. You have to read the labels. Good fats are better for you &amp; tastier than sugars. So opt for yogurt made with whole milk. Eggs are also a great, nutritionally dense choice &amp; quick to cook up. One egg may be plenty when you&#39;re not used to eating in the a.m. Quick oatmeal is one of my favorite breakfasts, but you do have to be careful that you&#39;re not getting too many carbs&#x2F;sugars. Scoop 1&#x2F;4 cup into a bowl with 1 tsp of flax meal &amp; 1&#x2F;2 cup of water. Then microwave for 1-2 minutes. I add fresh or frozen berries to add a little sweetness, sometimes a sprinkle of walnuts too. The flax meal adds more fiber without adding a lot of carbs. You can experiment with different ratios to see what works best for you. When I am in a real hurry in the morning I put the yoghurt in a bowl with lid and the muesli in a separate small package and grap it from the fridge in the morning to eat it in the train on my way to work. I find it difficult to force myself to eat that early and later on I feel heavy and &quot;slow&quot;. So my advice for someone who does not like to eat in the morning is: just don&#39;t do it. Drink plenty of water though. I noticed that I get hungry about 4-5 hours after I wake up, so I prepare my breakfast before the hunger strikes, as very often when I prepare my food when famished I tend to make poor choices. Soon enough you&#39;ll figure out when you get hungry (especially if you wake up at the same time everyday) so you can prep your healthy meal before. I also suggest reading some articles about fasting or even consult your doctor, as it is not safe for everyone.<br \/>\nThere is also a way to go through a breakfast if you don&#39;t like eating it: drink it! You want a smoothie? Put fruit in your oatmeal instead. It becomes a vessel for food. You can premix a large batch of oats, seeds, nuts that can last for weeks. Then for each batch, grate some fruit e.g. an apple or chop up an orange to add to your oat mix. Add extra fresh juice if desired to let the oats soak up the flavour and soften overnight. In the morning, I scoop a serving into my breakfast jar, add nut milk (I&#39;m vegan so feel free to use yogurt as per original), any extra fruit or toppings be you&#39;re good to go.
