So I would say that a weekend brunch is good but im not an expert. Also if you\u2019re planning on eating brunch later and you are looking forward to it I\u2019d say it counts as a great breakfast and also just a fun thing to do. I think doing what you want and what feels right is more important for your specific Saturday plans instead of stressing about specific timing for \u201cbreakfast.\u201d That\u2019s my two cents though. My great breakfast is usually pretty late since I\u2019m not usually hungry until around 11:00.
