I like to drink my coffee outside to be in the sun , feed the birds and play with my dogs. These always seem to help with getting rid of depression some.<br \/>\n I will try to take time to meditate and do some slow breathing.  Also stretching and moving helps me, ideally going for a walk.<br \/>\nIt sounds kind of corny, but I always have a positive affirmation that comes up on my phone each day and I repeat that.
