Why because these are the times when you need guidance and restoration that lies within these two time zones. Before you start your day is the one time when your mind is in need of setting your day in the right way and gives you momentum, clarity and flexibility to make the best of your day. Night time you need to calm and restore your mind for rest!<\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"thefa-test2 thefa-entity-placement\" id=\"thefa-4093701706\"><div id=\"thefa-76442007\"><style>.thefa-test2 {margin-bottom: 24px;}<\/style>\r\n<div class=\"banner-content-position light-viol\">\r\n<div class=\"banner-text max400\">Procrastination is not laziness.
