One suggestion I can give you is to set a reminder in ur calender everyday, it&#8217;s easy. In my case, the app pops up in a set time that I have set. So it&#8217;s easy to remember to check in with the up. Unfortunately, I don&#8217;t know how to restore lost streak.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div  class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Jessica E.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I\u2019ve learned to give myself grace when my streak ends because life happens, what\u2019s more important is that you jump back on it and try again, try not to think about losing your streak, just give yourself grace and keep trying!
