And that&#8217;s better than just picking up a random book and reading it. Having something that aligns with your interest can do a lot. When that happens, a habit I would pick is to read it bit by bit in 10 minutes or so. If you&#8217;re able to slowly get yourself to read im a good calm environment. Then that increases overtime.
