Then i prefer hiit workout along with strength training. Example: 20 minutes HIIT workout and then 25 minutes upper body \/ lowerbody \/abs\/back  with dumbells. I also like to pick up the cat, lift him in the air and give him kisses when he comes back down. Then I sit on s chair in front of the tv and do leg lifts. I\u2019m disabled so I can\u2019t stand for more than a few minutes at a time<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div  class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Tashie Y.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">My go to morning exercise is a morning yoga routine in my bedroom followed by a 15-25 minute walk around my neighborhood, and closed out by a 10-15 minute tai chi breathing exercise. Together it takes to 36-45 minutes and helps me feel more awake with more ability to play with my kiddo and help out with other tasks.
