Try to steer clear of peas, corn, and potatoes as added veggies; they are super starchy future sugars.<br \/>\nThis bulks up your meal, meaning slightly more nutrition and slightly less calories if you plate up the same proportions as per usual. However the real trick is that you\u2019re constantly thinking about how to make things healthier (3 meals per day).
