I know that can feel really daunting. Choose a day to try it. Just once. Then choose to try it again the next day. If you don\u2019t like the way that feels, there are more options. Stretching or lifting something heavy in 2 minute intervals (you can squeeze in two minutes anywhere). Exercising before bed. Seated exercises at work would be another good option.
