Its better to be consistent and do 1% than try to do 90-100% everyday, because you&#8217;re likely to lose motivation or energy to do that. So I try to do intentional activity for just 5 minutes. I set a timer and I do squats, crunches, push ups, plank&#8211;just whatever I feel like doing but I have to do something active for the whole 5 minutes. Then I add to that commitment sometimes but always follow through on the baseline at least a few times a week.
