I just do it. And I allow myself to switch to evening workout if I feel to tired in the morning. That&#8217;s totally okay and fine. If I can&#8217;t workout at the evening I do it in the morning anyway. If I feel too tired to do it I shortening my workout routine. If that is still too exhausting for my body that day &#8211; I skipped.
