Sometime i add some raisings. After oatmeal i eat like 3 tablespoons of nuts usually a combo of pumpkin seeds, walnuts and almonds. I eat fruits alone to get the best digestion and absorption. I usually put cranberries or raisins and pecans or walnuts. Or for a protein boost I whip in some egg whites. It sounds gross but Jennifer Aniston does it. It&#39;s quite delicious. I also eat oatmeal as an overnight in the fridge with different flavours low fat yogurt. It&#39;s very versatile. Adding chia and flax seeds on top is always a win. My absolute favorite would be peanut butter and banana like Elvis likes it. Adding some cinnamon and honey to that makes a deliscious and quick morning snack om the go if you leave it in the fridge over night. Hope this helped.
