You need to be in the mindset of, ok I\u2019m going to stretch right before I get in bed, and again right after I get out of bed. Also it helps if you have your yoga mat rolled out and ready. Consider when you first get ou of bed, every time you use the washroom, on your breaks (if you get regular ones\u2026). In terms of *results*, if you have or are developing an exercise habit, you\u2019ll likely see the most progress in terms of flexibility if you stretch deeply following a solid workout, when you\u2019re all warmed up (makes a nice cool-down too). That said, don\u2019t let perfection be the enemy of good. \u2018All or something\u2019, not \u2018All or nothing\u2019 \ud83d\ude09<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div  class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Paula F.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I do a sequence of stretches as part of my morning routine. If I set my yoga outfit next to my bed and put it on straight away, I&#8217;m ready. I walk downstairs and turn on the YouTube yoga Playlist I found. They&#8217;re all 10-25 minutes and I pick one based on what my body feels like or how much time I have. I do it while my coffee is brewing and get it over with (I actually love it and look forward to it now)<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div  class=\"single-answer\">\n<div class=\"who-answered\">Jennifer Z.<\/div>\n<div class=\"detailed-answer\">I\u2019ve found it\u2019s easier to be consistent w\/stretching (or any new habit I\u2019m working on creating) by combining it with activities I already perform daily (a.k.a. \u201chabit stacking\u201d). So, for example, I stretch when I\u2019m brewing my cup of coffee or when I\u2019m brushing my teeth. It\u2019s not as much about time of day for me, it\u2019s about what will help me remember to do it.
