Genuinely, I would suggest doing something that your inner self has been dreaming of doing! Even if it\u2019s as simple as sticking to a night routine for 30 days or tackling that DIY project that\u2019s been pushed off for months. You have to find the small things to be grateful for. But, if it&#8217;s not for you, try thinking: what the person had to do to make this for you? Maybe you can thank him or do something for him. Sometimes I get a lot of green lights on the way to work that I typically don\u2019t, and I am grateful for that. Sometimes during a walk, I\u2019ll hear a bird and be grateful for birdsong. And if I\u2019ve had a crappy day? Grateful that my really old car started. That I have a job with health insurance.
