I also love making a quick scramble egg with bacon (I cook a whole pack of bacon and cut into chunks and put it in the freezer lasts a long time) and sometimes peppers and red onion very healthy and fast. I always try and keep things that are quick to make or just grab and go because the longer it takes to make something it\u2019s more likely I won\u2019t be hungry anymore<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Tofidu O.
