Static stretches means stretches that you don\u2019t necessarily move, such as child\u2019s pose or downward dog. On the contrary, dynamic stretches are moving stretches that help warm your muscles up, like hip openers or leg abductors!<br \/>\nSo, to answer your question, you should look into some static stretches. After my leg days, I usually like to do downward dog and runners stretch.
