My cursory look at sources like Stanford University\u2019s longevity research and the Mayo Clinic shows that  the \u201cjury is still out\u201d on skipping breakfast and intermittent fasting in general. It doesn\u2019t seem to cause more weight loss than general calorie restriction, and isn\u2019t recommended for people with certain health issues.
