If something comes to mind, I\u2019ll open up the app &#038; write in the moment. Or if I\u2019m limited on time, I do an audio recording of what I\u2019d write. I give myself permission to not complete a thought. Some days I go to write &#038; will write just one word and other days I can write for days. Allowing myself to flow with whatever moment I\u2019m in has made it easier for me to write authentically.
