Contemplate your beating heart, your breaths, your blinking, your digestion, they&#8217;re all such a great wealth and are abundantly given, and yet people hardly take the time to be grateful for! Add to them the food you eat to sustain your life, the money in your pocket to get you throught the day (however little or a lot of it you have,) the bed you sleep on, the phone you&#8217;re typing this question on. There could never be a thing as over grateful. I sometimes cry due to all the overwhelming gratitude I feel for the life I&#8217;ve been given.
