You don\u2019t have to max out reps every day. Your body didn\u2019t get unhealthy overnight, so realistically your body won\u2019t get healthy overnight. Making small changes and doing shorter workout could be more beneficial and attainable for someone who has busy mornings. The thought of working out for an hour is enough to make me procrastinate until I don\u2019t have time. I\u2019m more likely to workout if it\u2019s in short increments vs a dedicated time limit. Whole body health is a marathon, not a sprint.
